Terms & Conditions

1. Admission

A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Festival entry is open to ages 21 and up. Children may attend only with a purchased ticket and a ticketed adult. All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID at entry. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry for any reason, including intoxication, misconduct, or rule violations.

2. Lineup & Scheduling

Artist lineup and set times are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for artist cancellations, changes, or schedule adjustments.

3. Safety & Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. Santa Teresa Music Fest LLC is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage of any kind. Please follow all posted rules, staff directions, and safety guidelines at all times. Weapons, illegal substances, drones, fireworks, glass containers, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.

4. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Images and recordings may be used by Santa Teresa Music Fest LLC for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.

5. Camping & Parking

Camping and parking passes are valid only for the purchased dates and designated locations. All guests must adhere to on-site rules and regulations. Fires, fireworks, and unauthorized generators are not permitted.The Festival is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left unattended.

6. Force Majeure

Santa Teresa Music Fest LLC is not liable for cancellation, delay, or interruption due to events beyond our control. Including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of God, or government orders.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hamilton, Texas.
